At THE POP BOX, each gift is carefully curated, wrapped, and inspected before it leaves our hands. Because of the unique and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds, except in the rare case of an item arriving damaged.
DAMAGED ITEMS

Once approved, we will ship a replacement box at no additional cost.
