When will my gift ship?

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your gift is on its way.

When will it arrive?

Most US orders arrive 3–7 business days after ordering. Need it by a specific date? Message us on WhatsApp or email info@getthepopbox.com before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it.

Sending to several people?

Place one order and email your list of names and addresses to info@getthepopbox.com. We ship each gift separately to its own address.

International orders

We ship internationally. International shipping is added at checkout, based on your country. Delivery usually takes 7–16 days and can vary with customs.

Signature and pricing

No signature is needed. Prices are never included inside the box.

Damaged or missing items

If anything arrives damaged, email photos to info@getthepopbox.com within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right. See our full Returns & Refunds Policy.
